Background:
EthPrague was the first conference where the team used Quadratic Voting to run a Quadratic Funding round! This meant the following happened: 1. Voters did not have to contribute funds from their wallet in order to cast their votes 2. Voting was only open to anyone who held MACI (Minimal Anti-Collusion Infrastructure) ballot keys. MACI keys were given to event participants whom visited the booth. By doing in-person verification checks, it helped ensure sybil resistance.
This approach worked well because it was simple for users - they did not need to acquire tokens, they receivde them once registered into the round, to be able to vote.
Head on over to the Demo website to have a feel of how the website worked!
